The Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation (VIHCF) invites the submission of e-proposals from experienced and qualified firms (collectively "Respondents", or individually, a "Respondent") to provide construction, renovation and installation of VIHCF’s Dialysis Clinic scheduled for build-out and completion with full operation during the early half of 2022. The Foundation intends to enter into a 6-month contract with the option to renew for an additional two (2) month term, if needed.
The non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022 at 11AM at the Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation office.
The efficiency and quality of the service provided shall be a reflection of VIHCF's mission, vision and values and its ability to construct a quality healthcare facility in a safe, proficient and effective manner. The successful Proponent will be expected to meet stringent safety, efficiency, environmental and quality standards. They are also expected to employ management and operational personnel with experience and expertise in the provision of the construction.
The VIHCF reserves the rights to waive any information in or reject any and all Proposals, or to re-advertise for Proposals. Interested entities may view the RFP packed by following the link Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation (vihcf.org) under the "Community and News" tab.
Bids are due by no later than Friday, January 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. AST.
